QTOD- Workout/ Cleaning

As a busy mom and wife, I know that unless I wake up between 4 30 and 5 to work out, it'll never happen.
Here's a quick tip on how to get a mini workout in while cleaning. Throw some heels on and Vacuum! What a great workout for your calves and butt! Have a great weekend!
